Please take careful note of the following terms and conditions of service
* Every care is taken to keep your pet safe and well. However, in the very unlikely instance of your pet needing veterinary care, then you will be liable for all vet costs incurred. I will of course try to contact you if veterinary care is needed, but if I cannot reach you, then I will use my own experienced judgement as to the appropriate course of action. Rest assured that I would take every care that I take with my own little flock of pets!
* All boarders must be in good health on arrival. I reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal that appears to be ill or ailing
* Rabbits should be vaccinated against Myxamatosis and VHD and record cards must be shown on arrival or admittance will be refused. Please do not take offense at this, it is for the safety of all our guests
* In the extremely unlikely event that your pet should pass away under my care, I will contact you and follow your wishes.
* A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Balance is payable on collection of your pet
* Discounts can be made for long term bookings. Contact me for details, please bear in mind however that this is a home boarding service and as such my charges reflect this personal care. Deposits of 75% are payable for bookings of longer than 3 months.
* If you prefer to supply your own dried food for your pet then a discount of £0.10p per day is made
* Regretably I cannot accomodate loose House Rabbits due to having cats! I am able to allow a certain amount of 'house roaming' time if necessary but this is at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
* ABANDONED PETS ~ If you do not pick up your pet and do not contact me within a reasonable period of time then I will seek to rehome your pet :o(
*There are currently no licensing laws for the boarding of small pets so pets are boarded with Little Lodgings at the owners risk.
PARTICULAR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOME VISITING
* Home Visits ~ If your pet goes missing while I am visiting, I will make every effort to find your pet, including reporting to the local vets and asking your immediate neighbours. I will contact you within 24 hours. Please inform me at booking if you wish to be told immediately. All fees for visits made are still payable. Please inform me if your pet has gone missing in the past or has a tendency to go missing, particularly while you are away.
* I strongly recommend that you have a cat flap if you wish your cat to have outdoor access while you are away.
* If you are worried that your cat may go walkabouts while you are away due to being upset due to your absence, then I would recommend that you keep the cat flap locked or book your cat into a kennels. I cannot be held responsible for your cat going missing if it is allowed outdoor access.
* PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SERVICES
